All vehicle and equipment systems are offered with a full scheduled maintenance programme, which Transac International believes is an essential element of the service they provide.
Maintenance can be carried out at regular period’s in-country, either by a resident or frequently visiting engineer.
All engineers are fully trained and certified by both the major equipment manufacturers, and the Transac Technical Department, on the operations of the vehicle and its systems.
Transac provides a comprehensive warrantee, backed by the major equipment suppliers, for all equipment supplied, leaving the customer with a simple point of contact in the unlikely event of any equipment failure.
All vehicle and equipment systems are provided with a multiple set of detailed operator manuals and drawings in either English or the local language.
